Fresh Start: Embrace Spring’s Energy for Vibrant Health
Spring is in the air! Nature is in motion, and just as the world around us shifts, so too do our bodies and energy levels.
We believe cutting-edge nutrition paired with sustainable biohacking transforms children's lives, empowering them to thrive in health, harmony, and sync with the natural rhythms of the planet's ecosystem.
Proper nutrition plays a critical role in reversing the rising trends of chronic diseases and mental health issues in children.
We combine science, research, and practical strategies to optimise children’s health and development in a modern, fast-paced world.
By prioritising your own self-care, you'll have the energy, strength, and love to give your children the care they deserve.
Thoughtfully tailored to meet the nutritional needs of toddlers and children.
Uncover the best solution for your child's unique needs and balanced well-being.
I grew up in the Siberian Mountains, surrounded by nature's gifts—nutritious food, clean water, fresh air, and a deep connection to the land. Coming from a family of beekeepers and farmers, I learned to live in harmony with nature and respect the rhythms of life.
As a mother, I realised how different my upbringing was from the world my children were growing up in, and I became passionate about teaching them the importance of nourishing their bodies, mindfully balancing their health, and living with respect for nature.
I founded MELO Nutrition with a focus on supporting mothers. I know the challenges of balancing self-care with family life, and I believe when you prioritise your own well-being, you nurture the strength and energy needed to guide your children toward healthier, more balanced lives.
My vision is to see a world where every child is empowered with the knowledge to live healthily and create a sustainable future for our planet.

We’ve all been there—standing in the kitchen, holding a spoonful of something green, while your child looks at it as if it just landed from outer space.
Grounding is a simple, effective, and science-backed practice that provides immense benefits for children. By incorporating it into their daily lives, we can help them build stronger bodies.
